One Breath Institute

30+ of the most important voices in somatic healing, trauma-informed care, psychotherapy, nervous system regulation, relational therapy, addiction recovery, and mental health advocacy — gathered in one place, for one month, for one purpose.

I'm here to say that mental health has become a predicament.
Not a challenge. Not a growing concern. A predicament — one that is affecting every one of us, including the people who have dedicated their lives to helping others through it.
The therapists, counselors, social workers, physicians, first responders, coaches, and healers who show up every day in service of other people's healing are overwhelmed, under-resourced, and often carrying more than anyone realizes. The systems they work inside are stretched thin. The demand far exceeds what any one person, practice, or organization can hold alone.
And while everyone is doing the best they can, rates of suicided and emotional suffering continue to rise.
At the same time, so many of us are moving through life busy, distracted, and disconnected—from ourselves and from our bodies and from one another.
I believe something different is possible.
I believe in the power of slowing down.
I believe in what becomes possible when we reconnect with ourselves, with our bodies, with one another, and with the wisdom that can emerge in safe, supportive relationship.
And I believe that the people who are holding others through crisis deserve access
to meaningful tools, genuine collaboration, and community support —not just more information to carry.
This summit is for the person living with mental health challenges.
And it is for the person sitting across from them, doing everything they can to help.
Both deserve something better than what the current conversation is offering.
Throughout September, more then 30 respected voices in breathwork, psychotherapy, somatic healing, relational therapy, trauma-informed care, nervous system regulation, and addiction recovery are gathering here, for free, for the entire month of September, because they believe that too.
This is not another mental health awareness campaign.
It's an invitation to explore what it truly takes to heal...
And what it takes to support others without losing ourselves in the process.

Starting September 1, 2026, a new pre-recorded conversation drops every day inside the One Breath Summit Community, a private, dedicated online space built specifically for this event.
You will have access to thirty or more in-depth conversations with leading voices in breathwork, somatic healing, relational therapy, trauma-informed care, nervous system regulation, and mental health advocacy, all in one place, all month long.
You will also be in community with thousands of other healers, practitioners, and humans who are showing up for this work with the same intention you are.
This is a gathering.

The Breath That Breaks the Silence is proudly partnering with SMA Healthcare Foundation, a sole-purpose foundation created to support SMA Healthcare, with more than 60 years of service across Northeast and Central Florida, in support of their Play It Forward initiative.
At SMA Healthcare's women's residential treatment center in Marion County, mothers in recovery don't have to leave their children behind. In a field where separation from family is often an unavoidable barrier to treatment, SMA Healthcare has created something rare and deeply human: a space where women can bring their young children with them as they heal.
Play It Forward is the initiative bringing that vision to life by creating a dedicated outdoor space where mothers and their children can play, connect, and heal together. This space will feature age-appropriate play equipment, shaded areas for family visits, and peaceful green spaces designed to promote healing and connection. While mothers do the courageous work of recovery, their little ones will have a safe, nurturing place to simply be children.
Their fundraising goal is $120,000.
$77,000 still needs to be raised.
Your registration is free.
Your donation, if and when you feel called, is how we build something that will matter long after September ends.
